Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid

I contract directly with clients for payment and do not accept payment from insurance companies, Medicare, or Medicaid.  As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am considered an out-of-network provider, and some plans may reimburse clients for fees paid.  It is important that you check with your insurance carrier to discuss the particular benefits offered under your plan.  

If requested by a client, ​I am happy to provide statements detailing services provided and fees paid, with required coding and license number included.   You as client are solely responsible for correspondence with your insurance carrier, representation to your carrier of counseling services and clients served, and determination of benefits provided.

Reduced Fee and Payment Plans

I  understand that many clients face financial challenges.  I offer a portion of my counseling practice at reduced fees.  If you are facing financial hardship, please discuss this option with me.
